View:-
There is a view new feature in M.S word 2013, with the help of which we can view the document or file of M.S word in many types of views. That is, in this, you can see your file differently. There are many types of Views. for example –

Read mode view
web layout view
Print layout view
outline view
and draft view

How to apply view:-

There are two steps to apply View

Step 1:-

You can apply any view by clicking on the 3 default view given on the status bar.

Step 2:-

First, click on the view tab.
After clicking on the View tab, go to the views group.
There will be five types of views in it.
Click on the view in which you want to view your document.
The view will be applied to your document.

Read mode view:-

Read mode view In this mode we open our document for the purpose of reading. After activating the Read mode view, we cannot modify or edit, formatting our file. This view is visible to us as an icon in the status bar by default. Or to activate it in another way, you have to go to the view tab.

Web layout view:-

Web layout view In this view, the document is shown in the same way as the web page of a website, in this view, we can make any kind of correction. This includes text, background, pictures, textbox, etc. All are shown on the screen, in this view, we can do any type of editing and formatting.

Print layout view:-

Print layout view In this view, our document appears exactly as it appears on the paper after being printed from the printer.

Outline view:-

In the outline view, the text of the document remains in this view only in the simple view, no formatting is visible in this view, and in this, we can easily move our text.

Draft view:-

Draft view In this view we can see the content of our document in a simple layout and can do any type of editing in this view. The header & footer are not visible in this view. aaetclasses.in
